The Alabaster Boys in Paleochora

“Who are the Alabaster Boys? A new boy band that comes from Paleochora and plays wonderful rock’n’roll? No, they are two artist friends who have found each other, as is the case with real friends: During their first conversations, it became clear what they had in common: A love of nature, a connection to the sea and the fantastic landscape with its plants and healthy fruits that seem to make any doctor superfluous. They agreed on how rich it is to live in such a wonderful environment. But they are also united by their displeasure at the pollution caused by plastic and other rubbish.

And of course, as could be seen at the exhibition opening, art is another level on which the two sculptors can exchange ideas and find inspiration.

The exhibition opening on Thursday 27 July was a complete success. Many friends, fellow artists and guests came to congratulate the two on their successful exhibition. The two were celebrated and had their photos taken as the Alabaster Boys.

If you still want to see the exhibition, you have time until 7 August. The doors are always open to visitors from 8.30 pm to 11 pm.
